When Jamie was finishing her degree at UC Santa Barbara, she began bartending for catering companies on weekends. As time went by, she noticed many holes in the event bar service industry in Central California. In her first year, she watched as clients were constantly misguided by wedding planners, event planners and staffing companies into overpaying for products, unnecessary supplies, costs, and most significantly... Cases and cases of non-refundable alcohol! All of them charged excessive rates for bartenders and most often, staffing company bartenders had minimal-to-no experience bartending prior to being hired. This made bars operate inefficiently and made it difficult for staff to anticipate & fulfill guest's needs. Generic everyday cocktails that "play on repeat" throughout weddings, are decided by event planners with ZERO interests in guest personal tastes and interest and labeled as "Signature Cocktails."

After seeing her share of poor bar operations and unsatisfied guests, Jamie decided to go private and start a bartending service in which the client's ideas, interests, budgets, and expectations were not just heard... but upheld! A bartending service that charges you fairly! Jamie believes in working with her clients and does not believe in high 'fixed' rates for bartending services. Rates should be charged according to level of labor required, not one price to fit all. We believe our clients are not cash-cows, they are people who entrust us to elevate everlasting memories for their guests. Our bartenders are experienced and efficient! Therefore, it takes less of us to do the job right! We expertly guide each and every client through every aspect and decision in bar planning. Having a bar at your event is not a task for event planners, it takes strategic planning, knowledge, and an efficient and personable staff to optimize the experience for your guests.
